What are the poster sizes?
The Natural History posters are generally available in one standard size 90 cm X 59.4 cm (35.4″ X 23.4″). The Classic Series Newman Bird Posters however are 86 cm X 59.4 cm (33.9″ X 23.4″).

How are the posters printed?
The Natural History posters are printed lithographically on the most sophisticated computerised equipment available.

Although the printing process is of the highest quality, even the finest inks will fade if exposed to direct sunlight. The Natural History posters will have a satisfactory indoor life of 10-20 years.

On what paper are the posters printed?
The Natural History posters are printed on 200g/m² Magno Art matt paper.

How are the posters finished?
All the Natural History posters are double-laminated – laminated front and back.

Are the images copyrighted?
All our material is copyrighted and may not be reproduced in any form without our specific written permission.

How are the posters packaged?
Posters are shipped in a sturdy, appropriately sized spiral-wound cardboard postal tube.

Once again, you can be assured of the very best delivery service. Where delivery to your door is not practicable, we offer delivery via Postnet to a Postnet store of your choice.

How much will shipping cost?
The total shipping price will be displayed on checkout and will depend on size of order and shipping method selected.

What is the delivery time?
We undertake to ship your order within 72 hours (3 business days) of receipt of your order and payment validation. Should we through circumstances beyond our control be unable to do this, we will, no later than the 4th day after receipt of your order, contact you via e-mail and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Via International courier you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days of shipping. Within the borders of South Africa, for either shipping option selected, you can expect delivery within 2–3 days.

What if I receive my order damaged or not at all?
We accept total responsibility for goods not properly supplied in terms of your order or received damaged in a way consistent with the method of packing employed, and, will, at our election, either re-ship your order, at our expense, or return your payment in full.
